IT Engineer with expertise in the planning and implementation of large IT projects, deep knowledge of the Greek Capital Market and business administration.
He was Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at the Athens Stock Exchange Group where he participated in important development projects for the Group and the Greek Capital Market, such as the implementation of the Integrated Automated Electronic Transaction System (OASIS), the creation of the Derivatives Market, the development of the Common Platform of the Athens Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Stock Exchange, the separation of services Clearing and Settlement (Unbundling) in the stock market markets, the consolidation of the Securities and Derivatives Markets in one trading platform, the licensing of the Clearing Company S.A. (ETEK) according to the standards of the European Regulation EU 648/2012 (EMIR), the operation of a common platform with the Romanian derivatives market (SIBEX) and the undertaking of its clearing by ETEK (ATHEXClear), the formation of the strategic actions of adapting the Hellenic Depository to Regulation EE 909/2014 (CSDR), the creation of the Hellenic Energy Exchange S.A. (EXE) and the creation of a platform for negotiation and clearing of energy markets in accordance with the European Target Model.
He is a Computer and Informatics Engineer from the Technical University of Patras and has been General Manager at the company Systems Development and Capital Market Support A.E. (ASYK - IT subsidiary of the Athens Stock Exchange), member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Stock Exchanges Group, member of the Board of Directors of the Derivatives Clearing Company A.E. (ETESEP), member of the Board of Directors of the Trans-Balkan Trade Company (FORTHe-com), Chief Operations Officer (COO) and member of the Board of Directors of the Athens Stock Exchange Group and the Hellenic Securities Depository, member of the Board of Directors of the company Hellenic Energy Exchange A.E. (HEXE) and the Board of Directors of the Energy Exchange Clearing Company A.E. (EnExClear).

Krystallia Drystella has studied economics at the University of Athens, with postgraduate studies at the Univ. Louis Pasteur (Strasbourg) & International Space University (Toronto). He has significant experience as a consultant in communication matters such as drawing up a strategic communication policy plan, planning and running experiential group activities, utilizing the Dialectical Systemic Approach, implementation of communication activities, such as local and international events and activities for focused audiences both for the cultivation of awareness and for the creation of a climate of acceptance of the projects/actions/organization.
As a Communication Manager, she worked on SIMAP, CORDIS, BC-NET & BRE projects of the European Commission on behalf of Intrasoft International. She was responsible for the communication strategy in projects such as the ODYSSEY of the Institute of Computer Technology for the inclusion of ICT in the learning process in primary and secondary education, and the projects ERMIS-Floods (Interreg V-A Greece Cyprus) and Erasmus KA2 Changing Youth Stories of the Institute of Cyprus . She is responsible for social networks and the content of the AKMA (Athenian Human Institute) website.
From April 2023, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the company MetaDigi – IT and Communication Services with the aim of providing advice on business modeling, IT, strategic communication, financing, service and product development.
